What is your return policy?
If you want to return your unworn/unused regular price items, you can do so within 3 weeks for a full refund. Exchanges are also available, and we hope you would decide to exchange your items for something you love! If you want to return your unworn/unused sale items, you can do so within 3 weeks for store credit only.

How do your sizes run?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, sizing may vary from piece to piece. Please check the description of the item on our shop site, as we include sizing information for each item. If it is not available, please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org for any other inquires.
We have a few options for shipping:
Ground Shipping - $12
Second Day Delivery - $35
Overnight Delivery - $85
International shipping starts at $95
PRE ORDER & PARTIALLY FULFILLED ORDERS
The items I want are only available for pre-order! Help!
Not to worry! Your items will ship as soon as they are available. Please make sure to select Ground Shipping since they are not available for next day shipment.
If I want an item that is available for pre-order, but also want other items, how will it ship?
Your items that are available will ship with the selected shipment method, and the pre-order items will arrive as soon as they are available, at no extra shipping cost to you.
I received an email saying my order was Partially Fulfilled, what does this mean?
If you have received an email saying your order was partially fulfilled, it means we currently do not have one or more of the items you have ordered, but we have sent out the items available we have in stock. Once we receive the missing items, we will mail them to you at no extra cost.
